Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Excelsior in downtown Lancaster:
125 E. King St., Lancaster, PA 17602

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving by 3:30 PM to give yourself plenty of time to get settled before the ceremony begins.

The dress code is cocktail attire. We can’t wait to see you dressed up for the occasion!

We have reserved room blocks at the Cork Factory Hotel and Lancaster Arts Hotel, both located in downtown Lancaster and about a 15–20-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the venue.

Excelsior is located in downtown Lancaster, and guests have several options for getting around. Depending on where you’re staying, you may prefer to walk, drive, or use Uber or Lyft, which are readily available throughout Lancaster.
Guests who choose to drive can find parking nearby. See below for more parking information.

Yes! Both of our room block hotels offer parking for hotel guests. For those driving to the wedding or elsewhere downtown, Lancaster has several parking options, including metered street parking, public lots, and garages.
The East King Street Garage is located directly across the street from Excelsior:

Your invitation will indicate whether you have a plus-one. We kindly ask that you RSVP only for the guests listed on your invitation.

Due to limited space, we’re unable to accommodate all children. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you refer to your invitation for the names of invited guests.

Yes. Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place in Excelsior’s uncovered outdoor courtyard. If the weather has other plans, the ceremony will be moved indoors. During cocktail hour, guests will have the option to enjoy both indoor and outdoor spaces, while the reception will be held indoors.
