We have room blocks available at two Lancaster hotels, both about a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive from our venue. You’ll find booking information and important dates for each hotel below.

Cork Factory Hotel
480 New Holland Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17602
One of our room blocks is at the Cork Factory Hotel. To receive the group rate, reservations must be made by phone at 717-735-2075 by May 26, 2027. Be sure to mention the Farrell/Thomas wedding room block when booking.
Please note that rooms in the block cannot be booked online. After May 26, reservations will be based on availability and current rates.
Parking: Complimentary on-site parking is available for hotel guests.

Lancaster Arts Hotel

Our other room block is at the Lancaster Arts Hotel. To receive the group rate, reservations should be made by May 14, 2027 using the booking link below.
Rooms may still be reserved after May 14, but availability and the group rate are not guaranteed after this date.

There are a few different ways to get to Lancaster, so you can choose whatever makes the most sense for your trip. We’ve included some helpful information below to make planning a little easier!
Whether you’re coming by car, train, or plane, we’ve put together some helpful information for getting to Lancaster and making your way around once you get to town!
GETTING TO LANCASTER
BY TRAIN
Amtrak is a great option for guests coming from Philadelphia, New York, Washington, D.C., and other cities along the Northeast Corridor.
Lancaster Station is also just a short Uber or Lyft ride from downtown.
BY PLANE
The closest airport is Harrisburg International Airport (MDT), about a 30–40 minute drive from downtown Lancaster, with nonstop flights from a number of cities.
For more flight options, Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and BWI Airport are both about 1.5 hours away by car. Flying into Philly is a good option for those who don’t plan on renting a car, since you can take the Amtrak from 30th Street Station directly to Lancaster.
GETTING AROUND LANCASTER
Our hotel blocks and wedding weekend locations are all in or around downtown Lancaster, with plenty within walking distance. Depending on where you’re headed (and how much you feel like walking!), driving is always an option, and rideshares are easy to get throughout the area.
Both hotels have parking, along with metered street parking, public lots, and garages throughout downtown. You should also have no trouble finding an Uber or Lyft to and from the train station and airport.
